Jordan came out in a timely manner to give me his honest opinion not only about my skylights (the reason for the visit) but the roof as well. He gave me multiple options and was willing to give the “fixes” a try before replacement. I appreciated his candidness and willingness to help.

I reached out to multiple roofing contractors via Yelp after noticing a large leak in my kitchen ceiling. I went forward with Dwell Roofing after comparing their reviews and I'm so grateful I did. JC was able to determine that the leak was coming from my chimney. I mentioned my other concerns like my skylight leaking and a quote from a separate contractor, which he addressed. JC was very helpful with explaining everything and different options we could go with that would fit our budget and resolve the issue. Everything was done super quickly from the point of inspection to completion of work. I'm still very impressed with everything!

I had a tree fall on my house during a recent storm. I was referred to Jordan at Dwell roofing and contacted him. He had a repair crew out the next day and took care of it immediately. Normally I would expect to pay more for that level of service, but the price was morr than fair!
I will definitely use Dwell for any future roofing needs!!
