If you’ve seen evidence of roof damage (leaks on your ceiling, missing or lifting shingles, rubbed shingles due to untamed tree limbs), our roofing experts can help you evaluate whether you need simple repairs or a full roof replacement. We’ll walk you through the damage, using photos and videos taken during our inspection. Then, if needed, we’ll begin work immediately, starting by placing emergency roof tarping over problem areas in order to protect your home from further damage.
If a full roof replacement is required due to wind, hail, or storm damage, Dwell’s insurance claim experts will work with both you and your insurance company. We want to help you maximize your claim and confirm that all damage is accounted for by the adjuster.
